Apply For Indian Voter ID Card Online

Voter Id Card is required at voting time and can also be used as identity proof anywhere for purposes. It is also known as EPIC Card Previously, when we think about applying for the voter id, then it is considered is a difficult task to perform. But currently, it is very easy and simplest to do with the help of online mode. Following are the Some Steps which are Necessary While Applying For Voter id Card:-

Step 1: Visit the Official website “eci-citizenservices.nic.in”.

Step 2: In the mentioned web portal, you can find details provided as: User Name/Mobile No., Password, Officer Contact List, New User Registration and Forgot Password.

Step 3: Then, Select the New User Registration option from given one.

Step 4: After then a new page can be opened, and you are required to mention your mobile number and valid E-mail ID.

Step 5: Enter your registered mobile number and working E-mail address and hit the provided Register option.

Step 6: As you click on button ,you will receive a verification code sent to your mentioned mobile number. Enter that verification code on shown webpage.

Step 7: Now, Click on Proceed button. A web page displaying Form No 6 Application can be appeared in front of you.

Step 8: Enter all the details which are mandatory in Application form with all information such as your name. date of birth which is mentioned on 10th certificate, place of birth, city, district, sex and language.

Step 9: Then after, do upload your necessary documents such as recent colored passport size photo graph copy, one id proof, address proof and age proof copy.

Step 10: After completing the form with all your details, hit the Submit option in the end.

Step 11: As you click on submit button, you can receive an application id number. Keep system generated id number for tracking your application status “http://eci-citizenservices.nic.in/“

If you wish to create new voter ID or EPIC Card, then select the new registration option in the above form and fill your required details in Form 6. 
2) And, If you are an existing user then, enter your username/Mobile no and Password and hit login button.

Some Points to Consider:

• For changing address, you are required to get a new voter id card for your new constituency.
• For any kind mistakes, you can apply for correction through the help of particular application form.
• Do not apply for new voter id, if you already having a voter id card of your constituency area because it is illegal in India.
• You can also interested in linking your voter id card with aadhaar card.
