Also, action will be taken against those who makes false calls and waste authority time.

In this portal you just have to enter your mobile number and authentication code after that you will receive an OTP on your number, fill that OTP and proceed further.

CM yogi ji has introduced about the specialty of this helpline number that two main department in which most people face issue also connected with this helpline and that are Health and Police department. There is a special arrangement of 500 seats in CM helpline call center, where the state citizen complain will be listen and get recorded throughout whole day, week 24 hours. Also related department officials will solve and keep check on the complain registered related to them.
Yogi ji added that CM helpline has total capacity of 80 thousand inbound calls and 55 thousand outbound calls handling in a single day. Along with this 100 percent feed back will be taken once the complains will be disposed off or solved.
