Sign up Process For DigiLocker
1 To sign up for digilocker you are requested to visit official digiLocker portal.
2 The sign up process for digi locker is start with your mobile number.
3 Enter your personal mobile number which you are using on frequent basis.
4 As you enter your mobile number, click on continue button.
5 After then you will receive “OTP” on that provided mobile number.
6 Enter that OTP in required box which is valid for 10 minutes only.
7 This OTP is used to verify your mobile number, so enter your own mobile number carefully.
8 Then it will ask you set your username and password to use digiLocker for future login purpose, so again set them carefully so that you can also remember them for next login time.
9 Your username can be anything like your name or any number which you can remember but you have to set your password something complex like minimum 8-30 character long, must have one letter, one number and one special character.
10 So keep that requirement s in mind and set your password for your digital locker account.
11 Then it will ask you to enter your aadhar number. So its your wish to provide your aadhar number or not. If you mention your aadhar number you will get better facility or else click on continue.
12 Then it will take to your dashboard section. Where you have to verify your e-mail address for your account security.
13 Or also you can link aadhar number with digilocker account to get more facility from digilocker.
