Relationship identity will not be written On Aadhar card

Like earlier the name of the parents was clearly written along with your name on the Aadhar card, now it will not happen. Word “Care of” will be written in the place of “Son of” or “Wife of”, that is, in the Aadhar card of women or girls, their father or husband will be mentioned via “Care of” abbreviation.

Use of iris scanning in place of Fingerprints Option

The government has introduced a new rule in identity card, where iris scanning will be used for those who do not give fingerprints. It is as safe and effective as fingerprints method.

Aadhaar update deadline extended

If someone wants to make any kind of such changes in the Aadhaar card, such as changing the address, changing your name or changing the date of birth, then its deadline has been already extended. Now these changes can be made till 14th December of this year.

There is limited number of options to make changes in Aadhaar Card

The government has already implemented a new rule, according to which you cannot make change in the address of the Aadhaar card mentioned on it more than once. Change of address in UID can be done only once at a time i.e.: name can be changed before and after marriage, but only once.

Aadhar Card Linking With Various Documents

State-wise Aadhaar linking is not mandatory or compulsory for residents of Assam, Jammu and Kashmir and Meghalaya states. It is not mandatory for these three states to link the Aadhaar card to the state. However, Aadhaar linking was exempted for people aged 80 years and above. However, if you want to link Aadhaar and PAN card anywhere in the country then you will have to pay a fine of Rs 1000.
