This is also a simple method to link aadhaar and voter id and for that you just have to send an SMS on the number “166 or 51969″. This is the easiest method to perform and follow below described steps:
Type a message from your mobile phone similarly like below stated format. Between <> you need to mention your epic number and aadhar no.
ECILINK <EPIC_Number> <Aadhaar_Number>
For Example – ECILINK MNO987654 471880359246
Note : In above example “MNO987654″ is EPIC no and “471880359246” is voter id no.
Note : There should be one single space between three words so type correctly similar like as above mentioned example.
3.) Link Aadhaar Card To EPIC Card By Call:
A particular call center has been built up Govt, to provide easy convenient because many of people in India belongs to villages and not much aware about internet or SMS service, so for them calling service has been started too.
So, make a call easily on phone number “1950” between 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tell them your details as asked like your aadhaar no and your name along with Voter ID Card information to complete the linking process.
