Supreme Court Order On Aadaar PAN Card Linking
Once again Supreme Court has made their decision on aadhar PAN card seeding process which is implemented and made compulsory by government some time. And this can be done through online income tax portal or through by sending SMS also. But SC has mark full stop on this government decision.
The Supreme Court has today stayed the central government order of linking the aadhaar with the PAN card. The court said that till the Constitutional Bench does not take a decision on it, it has been banned.
The constitutional validity of this provision of income tax law was challenged through several petitions. Under the Income Tax Act, it has been mandatory to have Aadhaar number for income tax return and PAN card.
PAN Aadhaar Card Seeding Process
The bench of Justice AK Sikri and Ashok Bhushan had reserved their verdict on these petitions on 4th May. Section 139AA of Income Tax Act was implemented in the budget presented in this year. According to which it was necessary to register the Aadhaar Number on the application of filing returns and making PAN card.
Government Plan Of Action
Actually government is planning to make centralize system through the help of which they can track the all citizen activity related to anything. So that as a result of that no one can left behind and each and every one move in one progressive direction with the effort of government who is planning at the back end.
But still after lots of government efforts, like various schemes are launched by government for better people life and all kind of their development in all respect of their mile stone which can be achieved. But still is a gap between the government and people who are getting benefits.
Due to which proper facility which are launched not reached to people mostly who are living in the rural area. And for those who required it most and can’t able to get it.
So the government is trying to fill this gap and making effort to make this country more beautiful and prosperous. But it cannot be done alone only by the government efforts. These must be combined only then the nation can move in right direction.
